EGLIN Store Separation
Introduction
This problem is a CFD simulation of a wind tunnel experiment conducted at Eglin AFB, USAF to analyze the effects of aircraft interfering with each other during the separation of external attachments. Validate the flow analysis around the moving object by comparing the trajectory and attitude angle of the external mount and the pressure coefficient.

Conditions
- Compressible transient flow
- Mach No. = 0.95
- Static Pressure = 35988 Pa
- Static Temperature = 236.639 K
- Angle of Attack = 0 deg

FAMUS Setup
- Number of points of octree is about 2.7 million
- Number of points of boundary layer is about 2.5 million
- Viscosity model : Euler
- Discretization = 3rd order MLP
- Time marching = LU-SGS
- Flux scheme = M-AUSMPW+
Simulation Result
- Pressure contour and store trajectory

- Pressure coefficient

- Trajectory and position angle
